最新消息，AMD公司在十一黄金周后公布了一份渠道黑名单，要求在中国大陆的所有总代理严禁向两家中国大陆的渠道商家供货，这两家公司是北京诚信安隆科技有限公司和上海赢科电子，是渠道知名的三大件公司。

在AMD给所有总代理的邮件中首先对Q3的业绩作出喜报，接下来汇报了有国内代理将货卖到“中国以外市场”的情况，AMD官方明确表示别无选择，要么自己被干掉，要么先干掉it。

渠道资深人士分析，AMD此次如此严厉的作出处理，有可能是借题发挥，或者是为了掩盖些什么，“中国以外的市场？听AMD的人说是中国大陆的区域代理把货卖到美国去了，这有可能吗？唯一的可能就是，中国的CPU也许真的和美国价格倒挂了！”

First of all, I would like to announce a good news, we hit a record high quarter in Q3 on both unit and revenue, thank you all for your great effort and contribution in the past quarter!

But, there are still some problems need to be fixed, especially on the issue of VAT refund. AMD corporate security bought large quantity of VAT paid PIBs outside of China, it seriously impacted our creditability and headquarters's will of keeping investing VAT program in China, we have no choice, let it be, then VAT refund will kill us quickly, or we kill it before out of control.

According AMD corporate security investigation result, we consolidated a "black list" of suspected VAT-refund resellers, AMD mightily suggests each of you DO NOT sell AMD PIB to them in the list, we will keep tracing POS report and collecting information directly from the market. Please note, maybe one company has several names.
