Hear ye, hear ye. The court's in session and here comes the judge in the case of Intel versus Intell.
After disk jockey Pernell Thomas failed to defend himself against a lengthy boilerplate case brought by Intel to defend its trademark, the case automatically went against him.
He is now obliged to turn over to Intel for destruction all articles, packages, wrappers, products, displays, labels, signs, vehicle displays or signs, circulars, kits, packaging, letterheads, business cards, promotional items, clothng, literature, sales aids, receptacles bearing the trademark Intel or Intell or any mark "confusingly similar to or a colorable imitation of this mark".
If poor Pernell has any platters with Intell on the outside, he'd better scrape them off, jaldi.

Let that be a lesson to the driver of this lorry spotted in a traffic jam on a motorway close to Dublin.
Truly, as Jamie Minotto once notably remarked: "You do not step on the tail of a tiger." Grrr....
